At Purebaby, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of our organic cotton essentials. If you are not entirely happy, we offer easy returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase, provided items are in their original condition with tags attached.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all labels and tags remain intact to qualify for a full refund.

  Attach the Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Leave your package at any authorized postal drop-off point and keep your tracking number handy until your refund is processed.
